Fund the school. Then break ground.
FFM’s school campaign will follow a funded-first approach: the whole school is funded before groundbreaking.
The current planning estimate is approximately $300,000. The final campaign goal will be confirmed after architectural drawings and the construction budget are complete. We are targeting early 2027 for groundbreaking, subject to full funding and readiness.
Once building begins, funds will move under a written grant agreement and be released against verified milestones. Raising the funds and overseeing how they are used are both part of the commitment.
The next steps with Manna.
We are waiting for the architectural drawings and construction budget that will define the final campaign goal. The school’s grant agreement must also be signed before any funds move.
The proposed training includes six trades, with course lengths planned for 6–12 months. Manna and FFM will confirm the final mix against local hiring demand and available instructors.
The planned December 2026 Kenya visit is intended for vision, relationships, and gathering project content. It is not a scheduled construction start.

A foundation for responsible stewardship.
Following incorporation on September 4, FFM’s five directors organized the board by unanimous written consent on September 12.
The board adopted bylaws, conflict-of-interest, grantmaking, and benevolence policies, along with financial controls. These guide the ministry before the first construction grant is made.
Three of the five directors are independent. Every foreign wire requires two signatures.
